海外での研究をご検討中の皆様
この度ドイツ研究振興協会（DFG, German Research Foundation）日本代表部では研究者支援の一環として、「日本以外で研究の経験を積みたい」、「海外で挑戦したい」、けれど、「渡航先での待遇や研究環境についての情報は混沌としていて把握しきれず不安がある」、そういった皆様を対象に日本の研究者の方が個人で応募できる、研究活動をドイツ、欧州で展開するための助成プログラムの一部をご紹介します。今回は特に博士の学位取得から12年未満の若手研究者を対象にしているプログラムのご案内です。

つきまして、2013年10月25日福岡、26日京都、28日東京、29日札幌の4都市でDFGグローバルキャリア説明・相談会（DFG information day on a GLOBAL RESEARCH CAREER）を行います。今回はプログラムの説明だけでなく、紹介するプログラムそれぞれの担当者が各会場にて個別のご相談を受け付けます。是非この機会をお見逃しなく。事前に研究経歴書（英語）をご提出いただきますとご希望があれば経歴にあったアドバイスが可能です。また申請書類に関するご相談も受け付けます。（説明相談会は英語でおこわれます）

DFGとは
DFGは大学や研究機関における科学分野全般の基礎研究の促進を担うドイツの研究助成機関で、助成資金の年間予算は25億ユーロに上ります。また、DFGは国際共同研究やドイツの大学の国際化を推進しています。2009年には東京にDFG日本代表部が設立され、以来日独科学共同研究の強化を推し進めています。（ドイツにおける日本学術振興会 （JSPS）に相当する機関です）

As part of the German Research Foundation’s (DFG) support for researchers, the DFG will hold a series of information days on a GLOBAL RESEARCH CAREER in Hokkaido, Tokyo, Kyoto and Fukuoka in October 2013.
This INFORMATION DAY will introduce in detail funding programs which allow you to develop your research career in Germany and/or EU. This event is especially for those of you who obtained a PhD degree within the last 12 years. An individual meeting with a program officer of your program of choice will be arranged on your request. Please do not miss this opportunity.
Please submit your CV in advance for tailored advice from a program officer. Our program officers can also provide you with instructions for the application in case you are already preparing to apply for funding.

The German Research Foundation - DFG
The DFG is a major research funding organisation in Germany, promoting basic research in all branches of science and the humanities at universities and publically funded research institutes. The DFG also fosters international collaboration. Its annual budget is over € 2.5 billion. In 2009, the DFG office opened in Tokyo to strengthen German-Japanese scientific cooperation.
