A Post Doctoral Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Kavitha Sarma. The lab investigates gene regulation by non-coding RNAs by employing a combination of biochemistry, cell and molecular biological methods, and genome wide approaches. Candidates with research interests in chromatin biology, epigenetics, and long non- coding RNAs are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a strong background in RNA and protein biochemistry.

Candidates should have a PhD (or equivalent) degree or should be close to obtaining their doctoral degree. Interested individuals should apply by submitting a cover letter stating the reason for their interest in the position, a CV including a list of publications, and the names and contact information for at least 3 references to ksarma@wistar.org.
