Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center Postdoctoral Position

Postdoctoral Position Currently Available

Division of Allergy and Immunology

Dr. Artem Barski’s Lab at Cincinnati Children’s has an opening for a Postdoctoral Fellow to study the epigenetic and transcriptional regulation of T cell activation. The Barski Lab is focused on elucidating the mechanisms of epigenetic regulation involved in T helper cell activation, tolerance and memory. The goal of the research is to understand how the epigenome shapes immune responses and whether it is possible to modulate immune responses by targeting epigenetic mechanisms. The laboratory is using and developing cutting-edge wet-lab and computational methods based on next-generation sequencing. Please see: Barski et al. Cell, 2007; Kartashov and Barski. Genome Biology 2015; Barski et al. Scientific Reports, 2017.
