Weill Medical College of Cornell University
-Postdoctoral Research Associate positions

Postdoctoral Research Associate positions available immediately to study the ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis in controlling hematopoiesis and DNA repair, and the associated tumorigenic processes, and to explore the applications of a novel protein knockout technology. Please refer to the lab website
http://www.med.cornell.edu/research/pez2001/.

Experiences in the following two areas are preferred:

(1) Mouse models (transgenic and/or knockout mice). Applicants with
experiences in mouse genetics, histology, immunohistochemisry, and
hematology are preferred.

(2) Protein expression, purification, and enzymatic analysis. Applicants
familiar with general protein purification procedures, which include
ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, affinity chromatography, and FPLC, are desirable.
