Individuals eligible to be employed as a postdoctoral researcher should have completed their PhD studies within the last four years.

Qualifications
Applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in microbiology, molecular biology or related disciplines. Experience working with gut microbiome, metabolomics and bioinformatics in microbiome research is preferred. Individuals will learn methods related to the study of metabolites from germ-free mice in a new gnotobiotic facility,
intestinal perfusion of these metabolites in vivo, and responses to these metabolites by intestinal organoids in vitro. The successful applicant thus has the opportunity to learn experimental approaches ranging from molecular to integrative. He/she must be able to work independently and interact with a multidisciplinary research team, and thus possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent verbal communication
